More time needed to chalk out divestment plans: Ahluwalia

New Delhi: The government needs more time to prepare a roadmap for its disinvestment programme, Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia said today defending the limited mention about the same in the Budget.
